Concrete Crew Foreman
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Crew Lead to join our construction team. In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate a crew of 4+ team members on-site, ensuring each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on concrete labor, including flatwork, forming, and foundation footers
Lead and supervise a crew of 4 or more construction workers
Independently manage projects from start to finish
Coordinate daily tasks and work schedules
Operate and manage concrete pours using a pump truck
Ensure all work aligns with project plans, blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations
Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance
Train and mentor crew members on job responsibilities and safety protocols
Maintain accurate records of crew attendance, material usage, and job progress
Requirements:
Proven experience in a construction leadership role
Extensive knowledge of concrete work and construction processes
Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction projects
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to adapt to changing project demands and environments
Willingness to relocate to Great Falls, MT prior to start date
Proficiency in hardscape, concrete finishing, welding, roofing, and installation
Experience in heavy equipment operation
Knowledge of metal stud framing techniques
Ability to work with hand tools proficiently
Competency in blueprint reading
Carpentry skills to guide and assist team members
Overnight travel required for out of city jobs
Required Experience
Concrete Finishing: 2+ years (Required)
Concrete Forming: 3+ years (Required)

Construction Crew Lead
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Job description:
We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our construction team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the activities of the construction crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Duties:
Must be able to perform manual labor related to concrete flat work, concrete foundation footers and forms.
Manage a crew of 4+ people
Supervise and lead construction crew members on-site
Capable of running a project independently.
Must have experience pouring concrete with a pump truck
Coordinate daily tasks and schedules for the crew
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work quality and adherence to regulations
Train new crew members on safety protocols and job responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and crew attendance
Experience:
Previous experience in a construction leadership role
Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction projects

General Construction Laborer
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job description:
We are seeking a reliable, hard-working General Construction Laborer to join our growing team. You’ll work on a variety of construction sites and projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, ensuring safety, and helping complete jobs on time and within budget. We construct grain bins, steel buildings and various other projects, many of which are built on a concrete foundation.
Summary:
As a General Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, contributing to the completion of various projects. With core skills in physical labor, equipment operation, and safety protocols, you will assist in tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup. Your premium skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail will ensure efficient project execution and high-quality workmanship. Relevant skills in concrete work and construction tools will further enhance your ability to support our construction operations effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Construction
Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools
Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards
Operate hand and power tools as needed
Help erect and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
Follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform general physical labor and support construction tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs.) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
