Construction Crew Foreman
Location: Great Falls, MT
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 / hr. (DOE - Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 40-60 hrs./week
Shifts: 8am-5pm, Some travel and overtime may be needed.
Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Crew Foreman to join our construction team. In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate a crew of 4+ team members on-site, ensuring each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.
The Construction Foreman plays a pivotal role within the construction sector, functioning as a key leader on building sites. They are primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within the allocated timeframes and budgets. As a link between construction workers and project managers, a Construction Foreman ensures the team adheres to building codes, plans, and safety regulations, while maintaining the high standards expected within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they perform tasks correctly and promptly.
Planning daily work schedules, project tasks, and resource allocation to ensure project timelines are met.
Reviewing construction plans and specifications to maintain accuracy and quality of the work performed.
Conducting regular site inspections to enforce adherence to safety and building regulations.
Training new team members on operational protocols and safety procedures.
Communicating effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders about progress and any issues on site.
Problem-solving on-site issues and making quick decisions to prevent project delays.
Maintaining detailed records of construction processes, worker attendance, and project costs.
Perform hands-on installation of steel buildings, foundation preparation, and concrete pours
Ensure projects are completed to high standards that are compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a construction leadership role
Extensive knowledge of concrete work and construction processes
Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction projects
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to adapt to changing project demands and environments
Willingness to relocate to Great Falls, MT prior to start date
Proficiency in hardscape, concrete finishing, welding, roofing, and installation
Experience in heavy equipment operation
Knowledge of metal stud framing techniques
Ability to work with hand tools proficiently
Competency in blueprint reading
Carpentry skills to guide and assist team members
Required Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the Agriculture Industry (preferred but not required)
Significant experience in construction with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role
Knowledge of building codes and legal regulations surrounding the construction industry
Proficiency in handling, operating, and maintaining construction equipment and tools
Strong leadership and communication skills
Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety training certification, which promotes understanding of federal health and safety regulations (preferred but not required)

As a General Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our construction team, contributing to the completion of various projects. With core skills in physical labor, equipment operation, and safety protocols, you will assist in tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup. Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Construction
Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools
Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards
Operate hand and power tools as needed
Help erect and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures
Follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform general physical labor and support construction tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs.) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
